What countries do you ship to?
All products ship to most countries except North Korea, Belarus and Ukraine.
Will I have to pay customs and duties?
Yes, all international customers are responsible for customs and duty charges within their own country.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Contact us if you wish to return a product and we will send you a how and where to instructions, via email. We will happily accept returns of product that arrives damaged or defective, but please submit photos that clearly show the damage or issue within 5 days of receipt of the product to info@beachlifebyjanbarwick.com. Once we have reviewed and agreed to replace the product we will let you know when to expect a replacement or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges will be possible for certain products, please contact us. Exchanges will be shipped via UPS if domestic or mail if international and shipping charges will be added to exchange total. Sale items may not be returned.
What if I change my mind?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item that you have purchased, we will be happy to honor your request for an exchange or refund, within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Items must be as new, with all tags still attached. Please wrap securely and return the merchandise with a copy of your invoice via registered mail to the address below: 2477 Cedar Wood Court Marietta GA 30068 USA. The cost of returned merchandise will be refunded to you at the current exchange rate, in USD (shipping fees are not refundable).
Wrong Address Or Unclaimed Package?
If you provide the wrong address or your package is unclaimed you will be responsible for cost of reshipment lost or damaged in the mail… Please contact us at miranda@beachlifebyjanbarwick.com with detailed photos of the packaging and damaged product. We will respond with a resolution or replacement within 2 weeks.
How much will I spend on shipping?
Economy 4 to 8 business days - From $3.99 / International N/A
Standard 2 to 5 business days - From $4.75 / International 10 to 30 days
Priority 2 to 3 business days - Calculated when ordering / International 3 to 5 days
Express 2 to 3 days $7.99 + (**2.40 for every extra item) / International N/A
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Express Shipping is available on request, but will incur additional charges, based on the items ordered and the destination. Please email miranda@beachlifebyjanbarwick.com with details of your order, including the delivery address and we will respond with a quote.

Can I cancel my order?
Once your order with beachlife is placed and your payment is received, our fulfillment center is automatically notified. If you are able to cancel your order before it is processed it may be possible. However, If your order has already processed and shipped then we cannot cancel it, however, once you’ve received your order and you still wish to return it, we will send you the instructions on how and where to return it to.
How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on the item you order the processing has different time frames as does the shipping which is not estimated here.

How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Click on the tracking number to track the order’s shipping progress.
What if my order is late?
For some products that are drop shipped from the production company we are at their mercy. If your product is beyond 45 days late from the purchase date then it is officially considered late. This is totally unacceptable so we will compensate you for the inconvenience by refunding 100% of your payment and you can keep the product when it arrives.
What if I'm not home to receive my order?
If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery, or the package is oversized, USPS (or your local international postage service) will leave a notification card at your delivery address with further instructions.
Can I have my order sent to my work address?
Yes, we would recommend this especially for high value orders to ensure there is someone to receive the delivery. We can also send to PO Boxes.
